We are happy to say that we are just a couple of weeks away from the launch of our new website!
This website will be completely renovated for the 2014 model year.
It will feature an entirely new look, the most updated information on our boat lines, and a completely custom build-a-boat section.
Lots more features to make the site much more interactive and mobile device friendly. Below are a few previews of the model page, specs page, and build-a-boat page. Look for it to go live soon!

Thunder Jet 2014 models available!

New 2014 Thunder Jet models are coming off the production line!
We have implemented a host of changes for 2014 and quite a few new options are available as well.
A few of the new things you will see:

  1. A progressive V hull on all offshore models which will include the Luxor OS/Chinook, Alexis OS/Tyee, and the TJ Pilot. Dealers and customers will see a dramatic increase in the smoothness and dryness of ride on these models.
  2. All models will come standard with courtesy lights under the dash and near the transom.
  3. By popular request we have designed a detachable bow ladder which will be available with all models.
  4. All jet boats will now have an optional welded on pump guard designed to add further protection to your pump.
  5. All jet boats will come standard with an all welded galvanized Gateway trailer.  All outboard models will still come standard with an EZ loader trailer with an optional Gateway upgrade.
  6. The V182 Eco will become a V186 Eco and will be 18’6” in length. New options for this model will include a ‘saddle cut’ style transom splash well and under floor storage between the driver and passenger seat.
  7. The 185 Explorer/Hawk XL model will now feature a painted windshield and dash and sound deadening felt on the sidewalls. Zolatone will still be available as an option. Also optional now on this model will be a half hard top and all accessories which are available with the hard top.
  8. The TJ Pilot hull will also come standard with the progressive 18 degree V. This model is also undergoing a complete facelift to make it more streamlined and sleek to appeal to a wider range of buyers. This will also boast a larger V berth and ergonomic styling. New options for this model will include portholes for the V-berth, transom corner steering station, and a larger fuel tank. The first of these will come off the line in the fall. Engineered renderings are available immediately to any interested dealers and customers.

These are just a few of the changes for 2014. For a complete run down on 2014 models please contact a local dealer today!
